Gryphon Rx may offer SMS text messaging programs to provide transactional updates such as order confirmations, shipping updates, address verification, and order status notifications.. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your orders, account notifications, shipping updates, and other service-related communications from GryphonRx.

Message frequency varies and depends on your orders, account activity, and interactions with Gryphon Rx.

Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS messages from Gryphon Rx at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message we send you. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, reply START to any of our messages or contact us at info@gryphonrx.com.
We also recognize END, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE as opt-out requests.

9) Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Arbitration/Class Action Waiver: Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration. YOU AND COMPANY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
13) Changes to the Site or Terms
We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use means you accept the changes.
