8) Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Arbitration/Class Action Waiver: Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration. YOU AND COMPANY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
12) Changes to the Site or Terms
We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use means you accept the changes.
