STEP 1 - Program Launch
We start by analyzing your organization’s pharmacy spend to pinpoint the highest-cost prescriptions. From there, we collaborate with your HR team to roll out the pilot program. Eligible employees are informed of the opportunity, and those who choose to participate are enrolled and supported through their initial order setup.
STEP 2 - Account Activation
The company will provide an impress balance to support the international acquirement of medication for Gryphon Rx, calculated based on the number of employees enrolled in the pilot program. Funds are held and maintained in
a dedicated, secure account, with all transactions protected by a six-layer security transfer system.
STEP 3 - Member Journey
Gryphon Rx initiates member outreach by sending a personalized enrollment invitation. Once accepted, a guided enrollment call is scheduled with our concierge team. From there, the prescription transfer is initiated, and
shipping and tracking details are provided to the member. Upon delivery, Gryphon Rx confirms receipt and issues the applicable rebate.

Is international sourcing legal?
Yes. Under FDA guidance, individuals can import medications for personal use from Tier-1 countries such as Canada, the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Gryphon Rx partners only with fully licensed Tier-1 pharmacies and fulfills medications that have already been approved and filled through the member’s U.S. plan.
What if the medications are not safe or are different?
We source only from Tier-1 countries with regulatory standards equal to or higher than those of the U.S.
The medications are the same—often from the same manufacturers—and are verified for safety and consistency before shipment.
We have a PBM that does not promote international sourcing. Will this create a problem?
No. Gryphon Rx complements your PBM by fulfilling only medications already approved through the plan. There is no disruption to your PBM structure, and participation is voluntary. No notification to the PBM is required.
What if members are no longer eligible for benefits under the current plan?
Our CRM updates eligibility in real time to ensure that only eligible members who have filled prescriptions through the plan are onboarded. Additional safeguards and clinical reviews can also be implemented if needed.
